Please note that the following T&C’s are applicable for all accommodation:

In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking.

Cancellation 0 – 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show – visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid.

Cancellation 15 – 28 days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid and will be charged a 4.5% administrative cancellation fee.

Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival – visitor will receive a 100% of deposit refund excluding a 4.5% administration cancellation fee.

On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, we shall refund the applicable amount as determined by the cancellation terms of the establishment, within 7 calendar days.  Administrative fees of 4.5% will be charged on any refunds processed.
