Camping at Die Mas is and always will be the ideal way to put your feet up and get away from it all, whether you are relaxing around the camp fire enjoying a well-earned break or touring to various places, you are sure to experience our beautiful town and its people first hand. Getting back to basics is one of the best means of relaxing and recharging one’s batteries. For some it’s a holiday, for others it’s a way of life. It must be one of the most affordable ways to take the whole family on a holiday for an extended period of time and it certainly is the best way to see our country.

Our campsite offers 20 stands and is situated on the bank of the Orange River. This newly renovated campsite is fully equipped with electricity points, ablution blocks and braai facilities. This campsite is ideal for bird lovers, as the location is ideal for many different species of birds. Fishing is permitted at own risk.

Please Note: During November & December it is our packing season which means our Lapa bar & restaurant (located next to the camp site) is operational on Saturday nights only from 18:00 – 2:00 and has loud music during this time which may be disturbing. By booking over a Saturday during these months, please keep this in mind as no refunds may be demanded for Lapa related disturbances.
