Die Mas van Kakamas Vineyards

In 2014 the farm expanded our accommodation offering by building 11 residential apartments. These apartments are situated a mere 2km from Kakamas on the farm  between the vineyards in a secure complex guarded by high walls with electric fencing, a motorized gate as well as security cameras offering security and peace of mind to our tenants.

We have 9 one bedroom apartments and 2 two bedroom loft apartments with a small private garden and sprinkler watering system. All apartments are fully tiled, kitchens are equipped with a gas burner stove tops and electrical oven and each unit sports its own built-in braai on a private veranda underneath the trellis system. The apartments all have grand, spacious bedrooms and ample built-in cupboards.

These apartments are strictly rented out on a one year lease agreement only. Rent includes water usage and units operate on a pre-paid electricity meter.  Each residence also has access to a communal DSTV satellite dish.
